2 oz. PB&W Peanut Butter Flavored Whiskey
1.5 oz. Soda Water
0.75 oz. Heavy Cream
Himalayan Pink Salt (fine)
Crush one of the raspberries and rub on the side of a glass.
Rim glass using Himalayan Pink Salt
Put crushed raspberry and 4 others in a second glass with PB&W Whiskey.
Muddle with muddling stick or back of a spoon.
Strain into a shaker, use back of spoon to crush berries through strainer.
Add heavy cream to shaker and shake with ice.
Pour into salted glass and then add soda water.
Garnish with one raspberry on top.
